 Jams for Cans is a delightful evening of  music, rock, blues, jazz, folk , with the sole purpose of stocking the Deep River Pantry's shelves. 


With your help we can make a difference.  A special thanks to all the performers and the D. R. Ambulance Associations.

About Jams for Cans


  • Jams for Cans started as an idea from our daughter Hillyn.  She wanted to help, and being a musician, singer songwriter and now music educator, her vision for Jams for Cans was helping through music.  Jams for Cans has been going strong, with this being it's 18th year. This event is a food raiser for the Deep River Food Pantry, supplying food for those in need from our tri-town area.  
  • Donations may also be dropped off at Face Arts Music starting now. 

 Drop Off 

  • Tuesday - Friday 3:30 to 7:00 
  • Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Canned food Items and toiletries may be dropped off at 

Face Arts Music 83 Main Street A2, Deep River, CT 06417
