Munchkin music is a class designed for the early exploration of music. Children ages 3-5 may be in the Munchkin Band and experience a variety of instruments, read music, sing, and learn to play music together. This is a great primer for the beginning musician to learn about music and receive hands on exposure to guitar, piano, drums, and orchestral instruments. Small group classes of 2 to 6 children! Providing the youngest musician with the tools he/she will need to have a life-long relationship with music. Explore the fundamental concepts of music: tempo, dynamics, notation, and reading half notes, quarter notes, whole notes and quarter rest. Playing together, arranging, improvising, and listening. Sing! Dance! Perform! A great prelude of music knowledge for the young musician.
A minimum of three students per class is ideal to run with a maximum 6 students per class
